Our items are crafted by hand and may use natural materials. Because of this, you may notice small variations in color, weave, texture, size, or finishing. These variations are normal and are part of the handmade character of each piece.

Product photos are as accurate as possible, but lighting/screens may cause slight differences.

3. Orders

• Orders are confirmed once payment is accepted and you receive an order confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, payment issues, or product unavailability.
• If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and offer a refund or an alternative solution.

4. Prices & payment

• Prices are shown in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is required before we process and ship your order.
• Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
• We may update prices at any time (this will not affect an already confirmed order).

5. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier. Once shipped, delays caused by the carrier are outside our control.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect details.
• For international orders, customs fees and local taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
